On August 20th, 2003

Foshan Nanhai Kaiyang Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially founded in Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong.

In February 2008

the company reorganized the board of directors and made major reforms on operation and management according to operation and development strategy requirements.

In June 2008

the company established “Foshan Kaiyang Hospital Bed Production Base” specially producing hospital beds according to market demands of medical care hospital bed and needs of collectivized development.

In April 2009

the company established “Foshan Kaiguan Medical Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” with the expansion of business scope and sales market of respiration and medical electronic products (oxygen generator, nebulizer).

In August 2009

with the development and expansion of the scale, the company was renamed as “Guangdong Kaiyang Medical Technology Co., Ltd.”.

In May 2010

the company prepared to construct the north base—Shandong Kaiyang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. in National Grade Economic Development Zone, Linyi, Shandong, according to the objective of “Expanding and Strengthening North Market Strategy Decision”. The 60,000m2 first-phase factory building has been completed basically and is planned to go into operation in May 2012.

On April 29th, 2011

On April 29th,  the company cooperated with Shanghai Phoenix Bicycle Group Co., Ltd. to establish “Shanghai Phoenix Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.”. According to consumer market demand of domestic and foreign high-end products, Shanghai Phoenix Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. specially produces high-grade products and meets the development strategy of “Expanding from the Pearl River Delta to the Yangtze River Delta”.

In September 2011

under the decision of building “headquarters economy”, the company established “Foshan Bojiamei Medical Technology Co., Ltd.”

In October 2011

“Guangdong Kaiyang Medical Technology Group Co., Ltd.” was established based on corresponding development scale.

November 10, 2012

shandong KaiYang medical technology group co., LTD. Electroplating production line has begun production, this means that the formal functioning KaiYang medical production base in shandong.
